Payment Responsibility: By signing this registration card, the main guest and all accompanying guests agree to be responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to deduct the cost of any damages and/or theft, up to a maximum of €500, from the credit card provided by the guest upon check-in.

Acknowledgement of Terms: The main guest and accompanying guests acknowledge that they have been made aware of and understand the terms and conditions of the hotel, including the responsibility for damages as outlined in point 1 above.

Collection of Personal Information: The hotel collects personal information from guests in order to provide a more comprehensive and tailored service. This includes but is not limited to, names, contact details, and payment information. The collection and processing of personal information are done in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation), the Data Protection Act (Chapter 586 of the Laws of Malta) and any other applicable legislation. 

Consent to Personal Information Processing: By signing this registration card, the main guest and accompanying guests consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal information by the hotel for the purposes outlined above and as required by law.

Use of Personal Information: The personal information collected by the hotel will be used solely for the purpose of providing hospitality services to the guest and for fulfilling legal obligations. The hotel will not disclose personal information to third parties except as required by law or with the guest’s explicit consent.

Data Security: The hotel takes all necessary measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal information collected from guests. This includes implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal data.

Guest Rights: Guests have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal information held by the hotel, subject to applicable legal requirements. Requests regarding personal data should be directed to the hotel’s data protection officer –
